CONSTIPATION CAN CAUSE URINE INFECTION.

Urine infection is a common complication of constipation. It  occurs  both in children and

adults. When constipated , the hard stool accumulates in the rectum. The excess amount of fecal

material compresses the bladder. The pressure over the bladder causes incomplete emptying of the

bladder. After passing urine , some residual amount of urine is left in the bladder, which then

promotes the growth of  bacterial that causes urine infection.
